Dumpling Dipping Sauce


Ingredients:
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp chopped Cilantro
1 chopped Scallions
1 Chili
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 - 1 Lime (juiced)

Directions:
Combine ingredients and stir or blend. Serve with Shrimp Dumplings.
